The first step is to give us the basic information of the promotional product by phone or email. Phone is usually preferable since we will probably be dealing with artwork and logos.

Once the products are selected, you will receive an order acknowledgment via e-mail. The order acknowledgment will show all the details of your order, including a total price.

Your order will be placed in production once you have signed and faxed or e-mailed your order acknowledgment, emailed your art and arranged for payment.
